Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team! As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the restaurant’s operational performance and financial well-being. You will hire, train, and lead staff, ensuring they reflect the restaurant’s high standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing a successful restaurant.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily front of house operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.

Train, mentor, and manage front of house staff, fostering a positive team culture.

Implement and maintain service standards to enhance the dining experience.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and care.

Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff for timely service and communication.

Prepare staff schedules and manage labor costs effectively.

Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.

Assist in planning and executing special events and promotions.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a front of house management role within the hospitality industry.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for guest interaction.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Knowledge of POS systems
