Now Hiring: General Manager
Charleston, SCWe are seeking an experienced, high-energy General Manager to lead a high-volume, full-service restaurant in Charleston, SC. This is a strong leadership opportunity for someone who thrives on building teams, driving sales, and owning the full P&L in a fast-paced environment.
As the General Manager in Charleston, SC, you will be responsible for overall operations, team development, financial performance, guest satisfaction, and creating a culture that people want to be part of. The right leader understands labor management, COGS control, local store marketing, and how to coach managers into future leaders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a General Manager in a high-volume restaurant
- Scratch kitchen experience is required
- Full P&L ownership experience
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Track record of driving sales and operational excellence
- $80,000 - $90,000 base salary
- Performance-based bonus
- Full benefits package
