We are seeking an experienced, high-energy General Manager to lead a high-volume, full-service restaurant in Charleston, SC. This is a strong leadership opportunity for someone who thrives on building teams, driving sales, and owning the full P&L in a fast-paced environment.

As the General Manager in Charleston, SC, you will be responsible for overall operations, team development, financial performance, guest satisfaction, and creating a culture that people want to be part of. The right leader understands labor management, COGS control, local store marketing, and how to coach managers into future leaders.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a General Manager in a high-volume restaurant
Scratch kitchen experience is required
Full P&L ownership experience
Strong leadership and team development skills
Track record of driving sales and operational excellence

Compensation & Benefits:

$80,000 - $90,000 base salary
Performance-based bonus
Full benefits package
