The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to advise executive leaders across our corporate functions. This person will translate business priorities into practical talent and organizational plans, coach leaders through complex decisions, and help build strong, accountable teams.

The right candidate brings executive presence and sound judgment, along with the willingness to handle challenging employee relations matters directly. They will be comfortable working across a global organization while staying close to the needs of the leaders and employees they support.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as a trusted advisor to executives on talent, leadership effectiveness, organizational structure, performance, and employee matters.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, high-potential identification, and development plans for critical roles.
• Partner with leaders on organization design and change initiatives, including team structure, role clarity, and workforce planning.
• Coach executives and managers through performance challenges, difficult conversations, and leadership transitions.
• Manage complex employee relations issues with fairness, discretion, and sound judgment, partnering with Legal and other specialists when appropriate.
• Use workforce data and business insight to identify risks, recommend action, and measure progress.
• Work with HR centers of expertise to deliver effective talent acquisition, compensation, learning, and engagement solutions.
• Help corporate leaders apply consistent people practices across a global, matrixed business.

What You’ll Bring

• Significant progressive HR experience, including substantial time in a strategic HR Business Partner role.
• A track record of advising senior executives and influencing decisions across multiple corporate functions.
• Deep experience in talent management, organization development, and employee relations .
• The ability to move between long-term strategy and sensitive, hands-on execution.
• Strong executive communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a global industrial, manufacturing, or similarly complex organization is strongly preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience; advanced HR credentials are a plus.
