This very part-time, contract position focuses on a morning schedule, ideal for those who appreciate predictable hours and a balanced workweek. You'll play a key role in fostering communication development among preschoolers, providing direct support that makes a lasting difference. This assignment runs for three mornings each week, from about 7:30am to 11:30am, which aligns well with classroom routines and nap schedulesleaving your afternoons free. Preferred qualifications and experience: Hold a valid SLPA license/certification (required for school-based positions) Previous experience in school settings or pediatric care is a plus Ability to implement intervention plans and follow up with supervising SLPs Strong communication and rapport-building skills with young children Professional approach and commitment to confidentiality and best practices Key responsibilities: Deliver articulation therapy services under the guidance of a Speech-Language Pathologist Offer individualized and small group support tailored to preschoolers needs Track student progress and maintain detailed records of sessions Collaborate with classroom staff to ensure smooth integration of services within daily routines Communicate effectively with the supervising SLP and school team Experience the satisfaction of helping children take important communication steps, all while enjoying a schedule that fits your life.
