Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely. Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes to the RN, physician, or appropriate supervisor. Accurately document resident care and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations. Collaborate with nurses, nursing assistants, therapists, physicians, and other interdisciplinary team members to provide exceptional resident care. What We’re Looking For: Required Qualifications Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Ohio or West Virginia, as applicable. Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program. Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire). Preferred Qualifications Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience. Electronic medical record (EMR) experience.
