Corporate Paralegal

Client: Well-Known Financial Institution Role: Corporate Paralegal Pay: $95,000/year Client: Well-Known Financial Institution Role: Corporate Paralegal Pay: $95,000/year Location: Canton, MA (3 days/week on site) Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact and liaison for subpoenas, garnishments, court orders, and related legal matters. Maintain records and provide support for process routing, discovery, legal holds, records preservation, tracking, and fulfillment. Prepare and maintain board and committee minutes, resolutions, bylaws, and related documentation, filings, and corporate records. Schedule board and committee meetings and events, including coordination of meeting materials. Track and communicate key organizational, regulatory, and compliance deadlines. Provide contract administration and execution support, including review of vendor contracts, service agreements, nondisclosure agreements (NDAs), leases, purchase/sale agreements, signature routing, notarization, and record retention. Assist in ensuring that company policies meet content, format, and approval requirements. Support due diligence activities related to mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Associate degree or higher, or Paralegal Certificate required. 4+ years of paralegal experience, including support for corporate governance and board-related processes. Advanced computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office, governance software, document management systems, and collaboration platforms.
