An infrastructure firm is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to join their team in Boston, MA. If you thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment and have a strong foundation working within a collaborative team, we would love to connect! Compensation: $70,000 – $115,000 salary (flex based on experience) What You Will Do: Maintain company records and entity information Coordinate with internal teams and outside advisers Facilitate the meeting of attorney's deadlines by keeping organized schedules and providing timely reminders Assist with legal documents and deal closings Assist with KYC processes What We Are Looking For: 5–10 years of paralegal experience within a law firm, private equity firm, or asset manager; more experienced candidates also encouraged to apply Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal certificate Familiarity with the energy and/or infrastructure industry Advanced proficiency in MS Office and legal management software. Exceptional communication skills and strict discretion with confidential information. #J-18808-Ljbffr
