Back Corporate Paralegal Paralegal Canton , Massachusetts Perm 60000 Jul 31, 2026 $60000.00 - $95000.00 Corporate Paralegal Greater Boston, MA | Hybrid | Full Time | Direct Hire Pay: $60-85K depending on experience Our client is seeking to add a Corporate Paralegal to their team for support with corporate governance, board administration, contract management, and legal operations! This is a highly visible role partnering with senior leadership to ensure corporate records, board activities, compliance initiatives, and legal documentation are managed accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities Support corporate governance by preparing and maintaining board and committee materials, meeting minutes, resolutions, bylaws, and corporate records. Coordinate board and committee meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and meeting materials. Manage legal records, document retention, subpoenas, garnishments, litigation holds, and related legal requests. Review and coordinate execution of contracts, including vendor agreements, NDAs, leases, and other commercial documents. Track key corporate, regulatory, and compliance deadlines. Assist with policy management and maintain organized legal documentation. Support due diligence efforts related to mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient legal and administrative operations. Qualifications Associate degree or higher, or Paralegal Certificate required. 2-5+ years of corporate paralegal experience, including corporate governance and board support. Experience managing legal documents, contracts, and corporate records. Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with governance software or SharePoint is a plus. Notary Public certification is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Nagler Group
