Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | Monday–Friday | 40 hours per week | 8-hour shifts | Two late evenings required with last patient at 6:00 PM | Clinic hours: Monday–Thursday 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, Friday 7:00 AM–5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to an adult orthopedic hand therapy caseload, including both surgical and non-surgical patients
• Conduct 1-hour evaluations and 30-minute follow-up visits, managing approximately 10 patients per day (40–50 patients per week)
• Fabricate custom splints as ordered by physicians
• Treat occasional post-CVA hand therapy patients as part of a mixed caseload
• Complete clinical documentation using the NextGen documentation system, supported by AI-assisted documentation technology
• Collaborate with PEC support staff and PRN rehab aides to deliver quality patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of Ohio
• Comfort and competency treating hand therapy patients (CHT certification not required)
• Ability to fabricate custom splints per physician orders
• Minimum of 6 months of hand therapy-specific caseload experience
• New graduates with applicable hand therapy experience will be considered

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience treating workers' compensation patients
• Familiarity with NextGen electronic documentation system
• Experience with both surgical and non-surgical orthopedic patient populations
