Our restaurant is searching for a dynamic Restaurant General Manager who has a true love for the hospitality industry and brings it to work with them daily! If this is the type of General Manager you are, apply today for our location in Lincoln, NE. Ever since we opened over 40 years ago, our goal has been to serve fresh food with friendly service. We treat every customer as though we were good friends gathering for a meal. Title of Position: Restaurant General Manager

Job Description :

The Restaurant General Manager must be extremely customer focused, outgoing and friendly, with extensive experience in the customer service industry. The Restaurant General Manager in this position will be responsible for all aspects of service, quality, cleanliness, labor, costs, production, and maintenance for the restaurant during their shift. The GM will serve as a brand ambassador for the company, and must work towards maintaining the company culture at all times. The Restaurant General Manager must work well under pressure, and provide support to team members’ current and future development.

Qualifications:

The Restaurant General Manager must be extremely guest oriented, with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
Open availability is a requirement for the Restaurant GM
The ability to drive positive sales and raise guest counts is a must for the General Manager
The Restaurant General Manager must be passionate about and thrive on the development and mentoring of others
This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager
