Manager, FP&A

Kforce's client, a rapidly growing organization located in the Southern California area, is seeking a full-time remote Manager, FP&A to join its finance team. This newly created role offers significant visibility, direct exposure to executive leadership, and the opportunity to help drive budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and board reporting efforts. The client offers salary and benefits and a people first culture environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Partner with Operations, HR, IT, and other business leaders to support financial decision-making
- Prepare board decks, KPI reporting, executive presentations, and financial analyses
- Support lender reporting, covenant compliance, and performance tracking
- Build financial models, scenario analyses, and business forecasts
- Improve reporting processes and support the growth of the FP&A function
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- CPA, CFA, CMA, or MBA is a plus
- 8+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or financial reporting experience
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and P&L analysis
- Exposure to board reporting and executive-level presentations
- Advanced Excel and strong presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
