Fabricator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 18.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
- Hands-on experience in sheet metal fabrication, cutting, assembling, and material handling
- Ability to operate metalworking equipment including shears, brakes, saws, slitters, and forming machines
- Skilled in reading and interpreting work orders, blueprints, and technical specifications
- Experience working with galvanized steel, aluminum, and other sheet metal materials
- Ability to accurately measure, cut, and prepare materials to customer specifications
- Experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments with fast-paced production demands
Fabricator Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a skilled sheet metal worker or similar fabrication role Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes and production workflows
- Ability to operate a variety of sheet metal machinery safely and efficiently
- Excellent attention to detail with strong measurement and accuracy skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and willingness to support production goals
- Commitment to following safety protocols and maintaining quality standards
