This programmer will function as a coder in J2EE/Java for the Department of Education with an emphasis on a developer with document management systems experience.

Years of relevant experience: 5 plus years Preferred education: 4 year college degree or equivalent technical study Role description: The ideal candidate for this position will possess a proficiency in coding in Spring and J2EE 1.6 and above. The ideal candidate would also have Hibernate experience. This role will involve coding involving CTE with Department of Education. An accomplished programmer will have some light analytical skills, good communication and experience developing public-facing applications in J2EE. Additional skills: Experience with open source, commercial or lightweight custom implementations of document management systems. Experience integrating web apps with a Document Management Systems. Experience designing and implementing web apps that support document driven business processes. Experience with open source, commercial or lightweight implementations of reporting engines like Jasper Reports. Experience with designing and implementing web apps with large scope reporting requirements.
