About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to develop and lead the enterprise marketing strategy in line with the organization's growth objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining marketing priorities that support various aspects of the business, including membership growth, deposit acquisition, loan growth, and member engagement. This role involves advising executive leadership on market trends, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities, as well as guiding strategies for member acquisition, onboarding, cross-selling, and retention. The VP of Marketing will also be tasked with aligning marketing strategy with digital initiatives, product strategy, and broader organizational goals, and overseeing the internal communications strategy. Applicants for the VP of Marketing position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with an MBA preferred, and 10-15 years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles within financial services. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in driving measurable growth in the specified areas and strong expertise in marketing analytics, performance measurement, and ROI modeling. Experience in managing multi-million-dollar marketing budgets and a background in public relations and media relations are also preferred. The VP of Marketing will be expected to lead, structure, and develop the marketing organization for long-term success, ensuring that the team is high-performing, collaborative, and innovative, and that marketing capabilities evolve with industry trends and emerging technologies.
