We’re currently hiring for Retail Shift Leader (Lead Pawn Broker) and we would love to have you join our team. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service and build solid relationships with customers. Promote sales and make deals for a wide variety of pawn items. Lead and influence Team Members through coaching and hands‑on involvement. Provide a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that clearly sets EZPAWN apart from the competition. Process loans and extensions. Come to jointly satisfactory terms regarding items to be pawned. Perform opening and closing store procedures. Supervise and coach store Team Members. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Minimum 1 year of experience as a supervisor, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager. Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test. Valid driver’s license and auto insurance. Strong leadership, negotiation talents, and the ability to read and manage customer needs. Highly organized, detail-oriented, with excellent judgment, time-management, and prioritization skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build solid ongoing customer relationships. Knowledge of commonly pawned items such as tools, jewelry, firearms or electronics is a plus. Sales background, bilingual, or other relevant experience are a plus.
