Lead React Native UI developer (wit retail and POS )

App Development:

  • Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using React Native, ensuring optimal performance and responsiveness across devices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
State Management:
  • Utilize Redux for state management to ensure a seamless user experience and efficient data flow within applications.
Coding & Best Practices:
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure coding standards and best practices are upheld.
Testing & Debugging:
  • Identify and resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks in applications.
  • Implement unit testing and integration testing to ensure application quality.
Collaboration & Agile Practices:
  • Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Work closely with designers and product managers to ensure alignment on project goals and user experience.
Continuous Learning:
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies in mobile development, React Native, and related frameworks.
Hands on Experience in React Native, Redux, JavaScript & Typescript languages.
• Experience in Core JS, JSX, TS, ES6, HTML5, SASS/LESS, CSS3/Flexbox Grid, Unit testing frameworks, REST APIs, Nodejs.
• Deep understanding of mobile app design principles, mobile platform, mobile architecture, and mobile application development (iOS swift/react native), exposure to both Native iOS & Android.
• Experience in implementing RESTful APIs & ability to consume them in React Native, integration with webhooks and other backend data layers.
• Ability to build and deploy the applications on the desired workspace, play store & App Store. Understanding of user experience, and responsive design.
• Experience is maintenance and versioning of applications in centralized repositories.


As a technical lead, you should have ability to
  • Co-ordinate with cross functional teams to collaborate on the application development.
  • Lead the technical solution from design to execution.
  • Understand process operations, production support and change management.
  • Participate in UX workshops.
  • Strong debugging skills and experience with performance optimization.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
