Store Manager - Full Time

Role Overview: Responsible for managing store operations, including staffing, training, inventory control, merchandising, and customer service to ensure efficient and profitable store performance. Key Duties: Recruit, hire, and retain qualified staff; provide training and conduct performance evaluations; oversee opening and closing procedures; analyze sales and expenses; manage inventory and stock presentation; ensure store safety, cleanliness, and security; and enforce company policies. Customer & Staff Leadership: Deliver exceptional customer service, foster team collaboration, and support staff development. Financial & Operational Management: Monitor financial statements, control shrinkage, manage cash handling, and ensure compliance with safety and legal standards. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; management experience in retail advantageous. Skills include effective communication, inventory management, problem-solving, knowledge of cash handling, and ability to interpret operational documents. Bilingual skills may be preferred at some locations. Physical & Working Conditions: Frequent walking, standing, lifting up to 40-55 pounds, and handling merchandise.
