Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers Complete hiring process Assist in the onboarding of new employees, including constant engagement from offer acceptance through hire date. Prepare, organize, and lead orientation class Track employee referrals and /or sign on bonus to ensure they are paid accurately Work closely with employees and candidates, providing them with WOW service while building a good relationship.
