Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) – Full‑time Belair Care Center is a busy sub‑acute/skilled nursing facility located in North Bellmore, NY. You will work with a geriatric population and see a mix of short‑term and long‑term care patients. The facility is a 5‑star rated environment with a dedicated rehab director and an entire rehab team that collaborates effectively. Multiple therapists of each discipline work together in two large rehab gyms, providing a friendly workplace and excellent patient outcomes. Scheduling is flexible and accommodating. Qualifications Provide daily oversight of rehabilitation services Ensure efficient and effective operations of the facility’s rehabilitation department Provide therapy services to patients Provide clinical support, training, and oversight of specialty programs within the discipline Plan and coordinate with other facility therapists in the implementation of programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes Monitor patient admissions, schedules, MDS assessment periods, and data Provide administrative supervision of therapists in the rehabilitation department Be a licensed Occupational Therapist or license‑eligible in the state where employed Have experience as a treating therapist in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting We believe in a culture of excellence, stability, and integrity.
