About the Role As a Regional Director of Operations (Healthcare Dietary), you will lead a team of dietary professionals in managing day‑to‑day operations, ensuring exceptional patient care, and promoting a positive dining experience. You will oversee multiple healthcare facilities in the region, fostering strong relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders. Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of dietary professionals, providing guidance, training, and coaching to achieve excellent results Develop and implement operational strategies to improve food service quality, patient satisfaction, and cost control Collaborate with healthcare facility staff to ensure seamless integration of dietary services, patient care, and facilities operations Conduct regular facility visits to ensure compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and quality control Analyze data to identify trends, optimize operations, and make informed business decisions Foster strong relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders to promote open communication and trust Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure fiscal responsibility and accountability Requirements Experience in healthcare dietary management, with a strong background in operations, leadership, and regulatory compliance Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, dietary standards, and patient care principles Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills Ability to travel regularly to visit facilities and attend meetings #J-18808-Ljbffr Cal Block, LLC
