Sales Coordinator

We're looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team and play a critical role in supporting Account Managers while delivering an exceptional customer experience What You'll Be Doing Manage customer orders from entry through fulfillment Maintain customer systems, portals, product information, and item setup Monitor inventory levels and assist with replenishment tracking Support retailer meetings through reporting, competitive research, and sample coordination Create and maintain customer-facing documents and order commitment sheets Track orders to ensure on-time, in-full delivery Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product development, graphics, and operations teams What We're Looking For Experience in sales support, account coordination, or a similar role Strong knowledge of order fulfillment and inventory management Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze and report data Exceptional communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy A proactive problem-solver who takes ownership and drives results Why Join Us?
