Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, every other weekend (Days: Saturday-Sunday; Nights: Friday-Saturday), holidays rotate with permanent staff

Hours per Week: 36

Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide expert care for mothers and babies in our vibrant Birthing Center
• Attend deliveries independently and circulate during C-sections with confidence
• Assist with catching babies and transitioning newborns to ensure smooth starts
• Titrate Magnesium, Pitocin, and Insulin drips to support high-risk pregnancies
• Float within the LDRP unit to support postpartum and mother-baby couplets
• Collaborate with our friendly manager and receive personalized feedback to grow

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Washington
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
• Intermediate or advanced Fetal Heart Monitoring preferred
• Minimum 2 years of LDRP experience (1 year considered with multiple prior travel assignments)
• Comfortable attending deliveries independently and circulating C-sections

Knowledge & Skills

• LDRP nursing expertise
• High-risk pregnancy management including preeclampsia and diabetes
• Titration of Magnesium, Pitocin, and Insulin drips
• Centricity Perinatal EFM system experience
• Ability to transition newborns and attend low-risk deliveries
