A growing plaintiff-side employment law firm is seeking an Attorney with 2+ years of litigation experience to join its team.

The practice focuses heavily on wage-and-hour class actions and representative actions , along with other plaintiff-side employment matters.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of civil litigation experience
• Active California Bar license
• Strong legal research, writing, discovery, and motion practice skills xhyhwjd
• Employment law, wage-and-hour, class action, or PAGA experience is a plus, but not required
