Front Desk Representative

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Front Desk Representative will greet and check in patients, verify insurance benefits, and manage administrative tasks to ensure efficient front office operations. Key responsibilities Greet and check in patients, verifying insurance benefits and collecting co-payments Handle phone inquiries, direct calls, and assist with appointment scheduling and follow-ups Maintain accurate patient records in the Electronic Medical Records system and complete end-of-day closing duties Required qualifications One to two years of customer service experience Experience navigating Electronic Medical Records and Outlook Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
