Program Lead

Honeywell UOP LLC is seeking a Program Manager to join its team in a hybrid role based in Rosemont, Illinois or Houston, Texas. As a leader on the project execution team for modular equipment projects, you will leverage your project management expertise and technical knowledge to lead projects from initiation through completion, delivering fully assembled modularized units on schedule. This is a highly visible role requiring an ambitious and results-driven Program Manager who can effectively engage with clients, senior leadership, and cross-functional project teams. Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage the activities of a project team throughout the life cycle of a project, from start to close-out phasesImplement and monitor work plans and schedules (integrate Engineering, Procurement, and Fabrication/Construction) and recommend staffing requirementsReview performance data (financial, budget, sales, and activity reports) to monitor and measure productivity, goal progress, and activity levelsManage and coordinate meetings with clientsMeet with subcontractors and service providers to determine requirements and ensure implementationTrack and control costs while remaining within budgetReview design documents for conformance and accuracyManage meetings, meeting reports, and O&M manualsManage COs, shop drawing reviews, punch lists, and project close-outTravel required: 35%Honeywell helps organizations solve the world's most complex challenges in automation, the future of aviation and energy transition.
