Integrated Program Planner Staff, Skunk Works - Level 4

Job Description Join program planning at Lockheed Martin’s Skunk Works team in Fort Worth, TX. As a Staff Integrated Program Planner, you will lead planning for a specific Skunk Works program, develop and maintain program schedules, analyze schedule performance, and serve as a trusted advisor on planning excellence. You will collaborate across engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, production, and quality control to ensure on‑time, on‑budget, high‑quality outcomes. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree Experience with Microsoft Office applications Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) including cost & schedule integration Experience leading cross‑functional teams, projects, or programs Experience presenting to leadership, customers, or stakeholders Previous experience with Deltek OpenPlan, Primavera, Microsoft Project, or similar planning tool Summary of Key Duties Lead planner responsible for a specific function of a Skunk Works program, creating, maintaining, and analyzing program schedules. Provide expert use of planning tools and model planning excellence for the team. Primary Tools Used Deltek Open Plan Scheduling Tool Milestones Professional Microsoft Excel Secondary Tools Used Microsoft Project SAP Desired Skills Planning team lead and/or contract planner experience Proposal experience Knowledge of LM Program Performance Management (PPM) Command Media Supplier integration experience, performance analysis, and corrective action recommendation Familiarity with risk and opportunity management, identification, integration, and mitigation Deep knowledge of Deltek Open Plan Product Life Cycle Management tools and FAMSCO experience Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA) experience Prior aerospace experience Requirements Must be a US Citizen and have ability to obtain and maintain Secret security clearance (may obtain Top Secret clearance). Occasional travel to suppliers or other facilities. Position is full‑time onsite at a Lockheed Martin facility in Fort Worth, TX.
