What you'll do Be a Team Member: maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborate with cross‑functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate effectively; and remain flexible to business needs, including work in other areas. Be an Expert: prepare food according to item specifications; plan future productions and mass production for seasonality; adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment; demonstrate product and layout execution. Be a Techie: leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology for production, ordering, club pick‑up orders, training, and product quality; adapt to new tools and encourage others. Be an Owner: drive area performance; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date‑control standards; eliminate waste; provide member service, acknowledging members, helping with purchasing decisions, payment types, locating merchandise, and resolving concerns. Be a Talent Ambassador: act as a brand advocate; develop, influence, and inspire a respectful, supportive, team‑oriented work style; address roadblocks and assist in training. Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; implement related action plans; use the Open Door Policy; apply in business processes. Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicate progress; recommend improvement opportunities; adapt to change, difficulties, and feedback.
