New Equipment Fielding/Training Specialist Fayetteville, NC, US Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 75% Type of Travel: Continental US The proposed salary range for this position is: $58,500 - $122,800 The Opportunity CACI is seeking a New Equipment Fielding / Training Specialist for various US Military Devices in Fayetteville, NC. This position will be fielding and training a broad spectrum of U.S. Military Personnel in the proper function, use, and maintenance of Devices and equipment as required. As a CACI New Equipment Fielding / Training Specialist, you will be conducting, and facilitating general and specific training. You will be delivering training based on customer requirements using a variety of techniques including face-to-face online, synchronous, asynchronous, and self-paced instruction. May include employing blended learning techniques to include a combination of eLearning tools, lectures, classroom discussions, team exercises, readings, case studies, role plays and demonstrations of required skills through work-related tasks. Responsibilities Develops and presents complex training programs for soldiers and contractor personnel related to US Military Individual Equipment. Coordinates with customer to identify program needs, obtain technical data and schedule programs. Testing and Evaluation of trainees to measure their learning progress and to evaluate effectiveness of training presentations Conducts training programs on complex topics and designs and develops training program elements/modules. Provides guidance and direction to less experienced trainers utilizing strong technical and training skills. Perform duties as Primary Instructor for Operator and Operator/Field Service Representatives courses. Provide sustainment support for assigned equipment. Required Experience Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years of related work experience. Must possess Army MOS 18 Series or MOS 11B (V-Ranger Qualified). Requires advanced knowledge of Firearms, Night Vision and Thermal equipment typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. Preferred Experience Military Instructor certified.
