Part-Time Medical Assistant – Fertility Clinic
San Ramon, CA | 10–20 hours/week | Primarily weekends
We are looking for a warm, reliable, and motivated Medical Assistant to join our fertility clinic in San Ramon on a part-time basis.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience in reproductive medicine and the chance to learn in a specialized clinical environment. You will work closely with physicians, nurses, embryologists, and our clinical team while supporting patients through fertility treatment and procedures.
What you’ll do
- Welcome and prepare patients for visits and procedures
- Take vitals and assist with basic clinical intake
- Help prepare procedure and recovery areas
- Assist the clinical team before and after fertility procedures
- Support patient flow and provide a calm, thoughtful patient experience
- Maintain supplies, rooms, and clinical documentation
- Assist with other clinical and administrative needs as they arise
Schedule
Approximately 10–20 hours per week , with most hours occurring on weekends . Some weekday availability may occasionally be helpful.
Who we’re looking for
- Medical Assistant training or relevant clinical experience
- Dependable and comfortable working independently in a small team
- Warm, professional, and excellent with patients
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Interested in women’s health, fertility, reproductive medicine, or gaining deeper clinical experience
- Comfortable in a fast-moving procedural environment
Prior fertility or OB/GYN experience is helpful but not required . We are happy to teach the right person.
