A Day in the Life

CNC Machinist — 1st & 2nd Shift

Kick off by setting up CNC lathes, dialing in tooling and offsets for a flawless first part.
Interpret detailed blueprints and use precision measurement tools to verify tolerances.
Keep machines running smoothly—troubleshoot issues, adjust parameters, and optimize throughput.
Own the process from setup to production to ensure consistent, high-quality output.

Pay: $28.00–$40.00/hr

CNC Operator — 1st & 2nd Shift

Run CNC milling and turning equipment with consistency and care.
Load and unload parts, monitor production, and follow work instructions closely.
Perform basic inspections and quality checks to maintain standards.
Take advantage of regular overtime opportunities.

Pay: $22.00–$26.00/hr + 10% shift differential for nights
