Replacement Sales Manager

Summary:

This position serves as the key driver for process development and improvement, training, communication, and execution among the Retail sales team. Responsible for the professional development, results, and integration of in-home sales representatives, ensuring the fulfillment of branch objectives (primary objectives are customer satisfaction, market share growth and profitability). Provides training, coaching and/or workload adjustments, as necessary.

Essential Duties:

• Train and implement the Pella Windows In-Home Sales Process.
• Work with Director of Sales to develop total segment goals and budgets monthly and yearly.
• Develop personalized goals for each rep monthly and yearly that support the company’s segmented goals set by management.
• Develop and implement strategy to achieve segment goals.
• Increase sales volume, profit margin and market share for Pella products in accordance with company goals and objectives.
• Manage the Replacement business to meet set company standards for closing percentage, average size order, yield per opportunity, overall dollar volume sold, product discounts, returns and allowances, and customer satisfaction scores.
• Assure coverage of all appointments in a prompt and professional manner.
• Know the Pella product line thoroughly and to be a student of the Pella line as well as the competition.
• Present the proper image as described by Pella management.
• Maintain appropriate staffing level of sales reps to accomplish company objectives. 
• Directly involved with the hiring, orientation, training, performance management and employment decisions related to sales team
• Handle customer issues in a professional and timely manner. 
• Cooperate with other Pella managers to achieve all team goals.
• Participate in ongoing training as required by Pella TN and Pella Corporate.
• Willingly accept and adjust to all future changes with this job.
• Handle special projects as assigned by management.

Always maintain a positive attitude Education/Experience: College degree required. 2-5 years in-home sales experience 2+ years sales management experience Performance Metrics: Actual sales numbers as compared to set goals including but not restricted to: Dollar volume Closing percentage ratio Average job size Yield per Opportunity Profitability based on average percent of discount Accuracy of all orders with respect to product, price and all necessary information including notes, directions, special request, etc. Customer Satisfaction scores Staffing level of sales force Development/mentorship of sales team; to include training, reviews etc. Product knowledge Computer and Pella programs proficiency
