• Execute initiatives to exceed sales goals, increase traffic, and consistently improve KPI's (conversion, UPT, and average transaction)

• Delivering a consistent, elevated experience rooted in authentic connection, captivating the customer with deep

product knowledge and converting them based on fabric, fit, and function. • Execute plans to grow brand loyalty through community engagement, in-store events, community pop-ups, and clienteling. Deliver Merchandising & Operational Excellence

• Execute visual merchandising standards that reflect the Beyond Yoga brand ethos.
• Ensure seamless daily operations, including execution of standard operating procedures, replenishment, inventory management, and compliance with company policies
• Support schedule optimization, labor productivity, store performance and P&L.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and adherence to health & safety protocols.

Key Experiences • 1-3 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in apparel or activewear. High School graduate or equivalent experience preferred • Proven ability to manage teams, operations, and customer experience in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills with a passion for team-building and mentorship.

• Ability to perform all essential job functions, maneuver around the sales floor, stock room and office, and able to lift/carr y up

to 40 pounds. • Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel as required The salary range for this role is $15.55-25.90. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role.
