As the company continues to expand, they are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to build and scale marketing initiatives that drive awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth.This is a highly visible opportunity for a hands-on marketing leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building programs from the ground up.What You'll DoDevelop and execute demand generation strategies that drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth.Build integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, email, webinars, events, partner marketing, and ABM.Create compelling messaging for technical buyers and manufacturing decision makers.Partner closely with Sales to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and go-to-market execution.Plan and execute industry trade shows, customer events, and marketing programs.Develop technical content including customer stories, product messaging, webinars, white papers, and campaign assets.Manage marketing automation, lead nurturing, and CRM workflows.Track campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and marketing ROI while continuously optimizing programs.Help establish scalable marketing processes, reporting, and best practices.Required Qualifications7+ years of B2B growth or demand generation marketing experience supporting industrial automation, manufacturing technology, robotics, industrial software, factory automation, or related technical products.Proven success driving qualified pipeline and revenue growth for complex B2B solutions.Experience marketing to manufacturers, OEMs, system integrators, or industrial enterprises.Strong understanding of manufacturing buying cycles and technical customer personas.Experience executing multi-channel demand generation and account-based marketing initiatives.Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar marketing automation and CRM platforms.Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience marketing industrial software, robotics, automation, machine vision, IIoT, smart manufacturing, or Industry 4.0 solutions.Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations with long, consultative sales cycles.Experience with major industrial trade shows and industry marketing programs.Existing relationships within the industrial automation or manufacturing technology ecosystem.Startup or venture-backed company experience.Why JoinHybrid in the Greater Boston areaCompetitive compensation, bonus, and equityHigh-growth, venture-backed technology companyOpportunity to make a significant impact on company growthHigh level of ownership and autonomyBuild and scale a marketing function from the ground up
