Physical Therapist Outpatient $25,000 Bonus

This position is responsible for screening, testing, evaluating, diagnosing, and treating injuries, diseases, and disabilities using physical therapy procedures and modalities in accordance with standard physical therapy practices. The Physical Therapist consults, educates, and trains patients and their caregivers. We offer up to a $25,000 sign‑on bonus for full time positions. Responsibilities Screen, test, evaluate, diagnose, and treat injuries, diseases, and disabilities using PT procedures and modalities per standard practices. Consult, educate, and train patients and their caregivers. Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patient condition. Develop and document treatment plans, including exercise regimens for clinic and home use. Use various modalities to relieve pain and reduce swelling. Determine patient ability to be independent and reintegrate into workplace or community. Work with both outpatient and acute care patients. Maintain regular attendance on site during scheduled shifts or PRN as needed. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor, Masters, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school. Active Montana state Physical Therapist licensure. Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association. Knowledge of PT principles, standards, and applications. Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills. Highly organized and analytical. Strong work ethic and high level of professionalism. Team player capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
