Job Title: GenAI Architect

Job Location: Wilmington, DE / Columbus, OH (5-day onsite)

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong knowledge of AI/ML implementation methodologies and best practices.
• Proficiency in RAG and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or Java for AI/ML development.
• Familiarity with AI/ML libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud-based AI/ML platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of data engineering and data preprocessing techniques.
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
• Experience in deploying AI/ML models in production environments.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models and algorithms tailored to client requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze project requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Utilize RAG techniques to enhance the performance and accuracy of AI systems.
• Implement Agentic AI solutions that enable autonomous decision-making processes.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI/ML models to ensure reliability and effectiveness.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML technologies and methodologies.
• Document project processes, methodologies, and outcomes for future reference and knowledge sharing.
