e2 Retirement Consulting is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Administrative Assistant & Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Founded in 2010, e2 Retirement Consulting, LLC is an independent advising firm headquartered in Menomonee Falls, WI, just outside of Milwaukee. e2 Retirement Consulting is an independent advisory services firm focusing on comprehensive financial planning for individuals and full-service retirement plan consulting for companies and their participants. As Certified Financial Planner professionals, we are required the fiduciary standard of care, the highest in the financial service industry. Through clear communication, prudent due diligence and a personalized approach, we use our independence to craft custom solutions to the unique needs of our clientele.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Administrative Assistant & Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving business growth through marketing and social media. This role requires a blend of administrative skills, technical knowledge, marketing and social media to support the business.

Summary of responsibilities

1. Greet customers and assist them by transitioning them to the correct person/department.

2. Ensure timely and accurate completion and submission of paperwork.

3. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to understand their business needs and objectives.

4. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements.

5. Comfortable assisting the CEO and staff with incoming calls and scheduling appointments

6. Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining records management database system.

7. Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including email.

8. In collaboration with CEO and staff, develop, implement and deliver an effective marketing and communications plan for the firm which includes digital marketing, social media, AI, print communications, advertising and public relations.

9. General office operations as needed.

To qualify for the position of Administrative Assistant and Marketing Specialist,

we desire:

· 5 years of customer service and administrative experience

. We desire a Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, finance or a related field

· Attention to detail

· Self-starter who is organized and an excellent communicator

· Entrepreneurial spirit, eager and able to thrive in a fast paced and growing firm

· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines and deliverables

· Experience writing for social, public relations or other communications platforms

· Experience in professional and client settings

· Enthusiasm and professionalism

· Proven, excellent communication, customer service and organization skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, including word, excel, power point and access.

Benefits

· Wage commensurate with experience and skills ranging from $55,000 - $65,000 per year.
