We are looking for a dynamic Helpdesk Engineer 2 who shares our commitment and believes in the value of communication and client interaction. As a Helpdesk Engineer 2/Senior Help Desk Engineer, you will: Provide Level 2 - 3 support on-site in a primarily Microsoft environment at our client site; Assist with systems administration and projects; and Document and post procedures. ***Authorized to work for an employer in the US. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.*** Helpdesk Engineer 2 Essential Duties and Responsibilities Supports operational and technical functions at our client sites; Evaluates customer generated requirements and works with the client to ensure the implementation meets the clients' needs; Prepares operational and technical documentation; and Performs other duties and assists with special projects as needed. Requirements At least five years of IT related customer service experience in a helpdesk or call center setting; Solid understanding and troubleshooting skills of desktop and laptop OS's, general applications, anti-virus software, Office 365, printers, TCP/IP and communications protocols; Strong technical writing skills; and Authorized to work for any employer in the US.
