Key Responsibilities:
- Drive profitability by managing inventory and ensuring cash control procedures are followed.
- Motivate and lead team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Oversee daily operations to maintain high standards of service and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
- 1-2 years of previous quick-service restaurant experience, with management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and guest service skills.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have a driver's license with your own reliable transportation.
