Senior Communications Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Communications Specialist to support a confidential client in a highly visible, stakeholder-facing communications role. This position is ideal for a senior-level communications professional with strong writing, editing, and project management experience, and a background managing external communications agencies. Role Overview This role is responsible for writing, reviewing, and overseeing external communications intended for a wide range of stakeholders, including members, internal colleagues, partners, and clients. The Senior Communications Specialist will collaborate with leadership to develop communication strategies and manage communications projects from planning through execution. Key Responsibilities Write, edit, and review external communications including emails, newsletters, campaigns, and publications Oversee and manage an external communications agency, ensuring quality control and accuracy Collaborate with leadership to develop communication strategies and plans Manage communications projects, including the annual communications calendar Support events, press conferences, media requests, and crisis communications as needed Perform additional communications-related duties as assigned #J-18808-Ljbffr Ascendo Resources
