• Deliver focused speech therapy sessions that prioritize areas such as communication, fluency, language, voice, and swallowing.
• Partner with a multidisciplinary team - including physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, and families - to develop unified care plans.
• Educate patients and their families, equipping them with tools to support therapeutic progress beyond clinic hours.
• Occasionally contribute to inpatient evaluations and interventions to ensure comprehensive care throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Keep meticulous and timely records in accordance with all regulatory and organizational standards.
• Engage in ongoing learning and collaboration with peers to stay abreast of the latest advancements in the field.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.
• Fulfillment of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified.

Certifications Needed

• State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist .
• ASHA's Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within the first 30 days of employment.
