Talent Manager

As part of the acceleration of our North America operations and talent agenda, we are looking for a hands-on Talent Manager capable of operating with a high level of autonomy and ownership. This is not a traditional HR role. We are seeking a professional who combines a strong direct sourcing capability with an experience in broader talent topics, helping the organization attract, develop, and retain key talent. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across North America. Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and direct search methodologies. Identify, engage and attract passive candidates for strategic, technical and leadership positions. Develop talent pipelines aligned with business growth plans. Partner closely with hiring managers to define effective hiring strategies and selection processes. Reduce reliance on external agencies through direct sourcing and internal talent attraction capabilities. Deliver a high-quality candidate experience and ensure efficient hiring outcomes. Talent Management Support talent review and succession planning processes across North America. Partner with leaders to identify high-potential employees and future leaders. Contribute to the design and deployment of development and career growth initiatives. Support internal mobility and career progression opportunities. Participate in performance management follow-up activities and talent discussions. Help strengthen and embed talent management practices across the organization. Support the implementation of talent frameworks, including competency models, career paths and development plans. Contribute to leadership development and employee engagement initiatives. Talent Analytics & Process Excellence Support talent reviews by providing data and insights on succession pipelines, internal mobility, and talent development activities.. Maintain accurate recruitment and talent data within ADP and related systems. Contribute to the continuous improvement and standardization of Talent Acquisition and Talent Management processes. Profile Strong hunter mentality with proven success sourcing and engaging passive candidates. Advanced expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and direct sourcing techniques, ideally within industrial, technical, engineering, manufacturing, or technology environments. Experience in Talent Management practices, including talent reviews, succession planning, performance management, employee development and internal mobility. Ability to identify key talent, assess potential, and support leadership development initiatives. Demonstrated interest in building talent frameworks, career paths and development programs. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate talent and recruitment data into actionable insights. Comfortable working with ATS and HRIS tools (ideally ADP). Highly autonomous, structured, and execution-oriented. Ability to partner effectively with leaders on both hiring and talent development priorities. Ability to operate effectively in an international and fast-moving environment. Curious, pragmatic, and eager to build and continuously improve Talent Acquisition and Talent Management practices.
