As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll help create a positive experience while supporting the daily operations of a busy primary care clinic.If you're organized, friendly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you!What You'll DoWelcome patients and visitors with exceptional customer serviceCheck patients in and out for appointmentsSchedule, reschedule, and confirm appointmentsCollect and update patient demographics, insurance, and registration informationVerify insurance eligibility and obtain necessary documentationAnswer and direct incoming phone callsSupport providers and clinical staff with administrative tasksPerform other clerical duties to support efficient clinic operationsRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentMinimum of one (1) year of medical reception, front office, or customer service experienceBasic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applicationsExcellent communication, organizational, and customer service skillsAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsOne (1) year of experience in a healthcare or medical specialty settingOne (1) year of Medical Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) experienceExperience preparing patient charts for medical visitsExperience working in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)Experience using eClinicalWorks (eCW) electronic medical recordsCompletion of a certified Medical Office, Medical Assistant, or CNA training programBilingual (Spanish)Make a difference in your community—apply today!
