Atlanta, GA Based Medical Practice New Office Build in Charleston, SC
LifePlan Nutrition, a division of Neighborhood Gastroenterology & Nutrition, an Atlanta, GA based medical practice, seeks a Certified Fitness Consultant to help build a new program in the Charleston area.

Applicants must have experience supporting patients with weight loss and chronic medical conditions and must be able to work collaboratively in an integrated medical nutrition program.

Our program was designed by a board-certified MD gastroenterologist with specialization in nutrition and gut health.

Ideal Candidates Include
Certified Fitness Consultant or Personal Trainer (NASM, ACSM, ACE, NSCA, or equivalent certification preferred)

Experience working with patients who have chronic medical issues

Experience supporting weight management and lifestyle change

Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary medical team

Role Structure
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position.

We plan to deliver care through virtual and live weekly classes, as well as individual coaching meetings for patients. All patients are monitored by the medical team and utilize wearables and home monitoring devices.

Based on your expertise, you may help lead weekly classes, provide individual fitness consultations, and support other office needs.
