Staff Thermal Architect - AI Data Center Cooling

Lambda is hiring a Staff Mechanical Engineer to own cooling-system standards for large-scale AI data centers in San Francisco or San Jose. The role covers complete thermal paths, from GPU heat capture to facility distribution, with focus on air-, liquid-, and hybrid-cooled architectures.
You will develop P&IDs, equipment specs, and design for redundancy, efficiency, and water management. The position requires presence in the SF/SJ offices 4 days a week, with Tuesday as the work-from-home day.
