We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient-centered care to cardiac telemetry and medical-surgical patients in a hospital setting. The RN will assess patients, administer medications, monitor cardiac and clinical conditions, and work closely with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients on admission and throughout each shift.
• Monitor cardiac and overall patient condition and report changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Provide patient and family education.
• Develop and follow individualized care plans.
• Document patient care accurately in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide safe, compassionate, and timely patient care.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of RN experience in any setting, including LTAC, home health, or hospital.
• Active Florida RN license or approved multistate/compact license.
• BLS required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS required within 90 days of hire.
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills.
• Must live within a commutable distance of the facility . Candidates living 60+ minutes away will not be considered unless relocating.
