E-Commerce Specialist

E-Commerce SpecialistNacSpace/Elliott Electric is seeking a detail-oriented e-commerce specialist to manage the day-to-day fulfillment of orders on electrical hardware through the Elliott website and online buying cooperatives. This position will serve as a key contact between customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure orders are accurately processed, competitively priced, delivered on time, and profitable.Receive, review, and fulfill online orders submitted through the company website and online buying cooperatives.Process orders accurately and ensure all required information is captured before fulfillment.Communicate with customers regarding order status, product availability, estimated delivery dates, and other questions related to their purchases.Monitor inventory availability in Elliott stores and work with store leadership to complete direct shipments as needed.Work with purchasing agent and vendors to identify replacement or comparable products when requested items are unavailable.Review pricing, vendor costs, freight, and other associated expenses to ensure sales remain profitable.Identify opportunities to improve margins and avoid unprofitable sales or fulfillment situations.Maintain accurate records of orders, customer communications, vendor information, and delivery details.Resolve order discrepancies, backorders, damaged materials, incorrect shipments, and other fulfillment issues with purchasing agents, warehouse, and vendors.Work closely with the sales, purchasing, warehouse, and accounting teams to ensure smooth order processing.Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors.Perform other duties related to e-commerce sales, order fulfillment, and customer support as needed.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or experience in business is a plus.Previous experience in e-commerce, customer service, purchasing, order fulfillment, inside sales, or a related field preferred.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple orders, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.Comfortable communicating with customers and vendors by phone and email.Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.Job Type: Full-TimeLocation: Nacogdoches, TX (NacSpace - 160)
