Responsibilities include: Delivering high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting Assessing resident needs and responding to changes in condition Supervising and supporting nursing assistants and other direct care staff Collaborating with physicians, therapists, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality outcomes Administering medications and treatments according to physician orders and nursing standards Promoting resident dignity, safety, comfort, and quality of life Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and regulatory compliance Helping create a caring, supportive environment for residents, families, and team members Qualifications Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) License required Current CPR Certification required Experience in nursing service administration and supervision preferred Experience in geriatric, rehabilitative, or long-term care nursing preferred Strong leadership, clinical judgment, and communication skills Genuine passion for serving older adults Commitment to teamwork, compassion, and excellence in care Support for Fairmount Homes' mission and core values Why Fairmount Homes?
