Join our thriving practice that has strong community involvement since opening more than 20 years ago.Practice Details:16 provider primary care practice including Family Medicine, Internal Medicine and Pediatrics.Patient encounters average 18-22 patients per day.34 patient contact hours per week.Call Frequency: approximately 1:20 - phone consultation only with first tier nurse triageOpenings: 1.0 FTE Flexible schedule.As an Accountable Care Organization (ACO), our physicians use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care.Employer-paid Nabla AI clinical documentation support to reduce administrative burden and streamline charting.Fully integrated EPIC electronic medical record.Community Information:M Health Fairview Clinic - Wyoming | M Health Fairview.
