Contract | Days | 36 Hours per Week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
• Coordinate patient care with other disciplines across the care team
• Apply critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in all patient care decisions
• Document and chart patient care activities accurately within the facility's EMR system

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
• Epic and Cerner experience within the last 5 years, with charting system documented for each position in work history
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor (AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS)
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS)
• Must have successfully completed at least one prior contract or served as an employee in a comparable role
• Firm start date with no time off requests (RTO) permitted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Acute care facility experience
