Execute and adapt personalized patient care plans, proactively monitoring clinical status to ensure treatments are both safe and effective. Advocate for patient safety by meticulously carrying out physician orders and communicating real-time condition changes to the broader care team. Empower patients and families through thoughtful discharge planning, collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure a safe and confident transition back home. What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required. Education Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required OR a bachelor’s level degree not in nursing, an active RN license, and enrollment in an Alternate Entry Master of Science in Nursing Program with a minimum of 1 year completed.
